Everest Region

The trails in the Everest region combine lush forests and rocky landscape with sparse or no vegetation. Besides trekking expeditions and peak climbing to peaks like the Mt. Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8414m), Ama Dablam (6856m), Island Peak (6189m), and Mera Peak (6461m) are also available in the region. Due to subzero temperatures, warm clothing is a must. The best time to visit the Everest region is from March to May or September to November.
