I took a part in two Nepal trekking: Upper Mustang and Manaslu. Both were organized and managed by Lila Bista.
Trip to Upper Mustang my wife and I completed in 2014. Here we were together with our four friends (all from Lithuania). To be honest it was one of the best trips in all my thirty years travelling experience. Lila managed all necessary things in the trip: permits, flight tickets, tea houses in Mustang, etc. Everything was done very efficiently and wonderfully. During our three weeks vacation we went to Lo Mantang, Thorong La pass from Muktinath side, travel to Chitwan National Park and tried canyoning. Lila participated in all our activities as coordinator and team member. It is logical that after four years, when we decided to go Manaslu trek, I wrote Lila. This time I started communication quite late and Lila was already agreed with other group. Therefore he offered us a young guide Sundar. Result was the same – perfectly organized and executed trip. Sundar's hobby is photography and we used his experience and advice in this.
I would highly suggest that anyone planning trips in Nepal must contact Lila Bista. Believe me, you will find out that local company, without any foreign travel agency, is able to offer the same high level trip organization, but for better money.
